Before founding Ready Fire One, I spent years in governance and executive leadership, including serving as Board Chair of St. Mark's School, where I continue to serve on the Board. I was responsible for the school's financial viability, long-term strategic planning, and direct oversight of the Head of School.
During my tenure, we navigated COVID, launched a campaign to build a new preschool, and led strategic planning for long-term resilience. Then the Eaton Fire burned our campus to the ground.
